All deliveries are contracted to be made kerbside only.  However, the delivery – at the discretion of the haulier, may be brought onto the property.

Our standard delivery service provides a delivery window of 2 working days on orders placed before 2pm on the order date and extends to 3 working days after 2pm.  Your order will arrive between the hours of 9am-6pm with the driver calling you prior to delivery.  Please ensure a telephone number is provided when ordering which they can reach you on the day of delivery to advise you of a delivery time.

Please also arrange for someone to be at the delivery address to accept the goods and to sign for your order. In the absence of a recipient, the goods will be returned to the local depot and will incur a charge for redelivery.

If the delivery address is different to the billing address, please advise at checkout.

Saturday and Next Day services are available, but they will incur an additional surcharge. To arrange for these services, please contact us directly by phone (0161 526 4626). Otherwise, our standard 2 day delivery terms are conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Our deliveries are made using restricted access vehicles, bear in mind they are unable to access your property and therefore the delivery is made kerbside only.

Deliveries may be made utilising an 18-tonne vehicle with dimensions of 2.8m wide, 4m high and 11m long (excluding tail lift).  Please ensure that road access allows for these dimensions.

Redelivery

Kindly remember to provide a reachable phone number at checkout for delivery purposes. In instances where customers are unreachable, the pallet may be returned to the depot.

Be aware that a redelivery fee for the full delivery cost per pallet/crate will be incurred for each subsequent delivery attempt should no one be available to receive the delivery. Ensuring the suitability of the delivery point, in accordance with these instructions, is your responsibility. If you have any uncertainties, feel free to contact us for clarification.

Order Cancellation

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website at any time before the goods are dispatched, or up to 14 days of receiving your goods. A full refund excluding cost of return delivery will be given within 28 days providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns/Replacement/Damage

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect please call on 0161 526 4626 to arrange the option to refuse the goods. If you document the damage/provide written confirmation of the reason for return by email, we will review your claim and get back to you with a suitable solution. Alternatively, if you choose to retain the goods despite some damage, we will offer compensation for the unusable portion. In such instances, we request photographic evidence of the damaged items.

Payment

All major credit and debit cards are accepted in payment excluding AMEX. The total price of your order is inclusive of free delivery to the postcodes advised, any delivery surcharges and 5% vat for residential customers which will be shown at checkout.  A receipt will be emailed once your order is finalised and payment taken.

Standard delivery is within 48 hours of ordering, provided the order is placed before 1pm. The carrier will call you the day before delivery to confirm you will be available to accept it. If no one is available, the order will be returned to the depot, and surcharges will apply. Please review our Delivery Terms & Conditions before purchase.
On the delivery day, the driver will contact you about one hour before arrival to confirm the delivery is on its way.
Remember to include your phone number with your order details to ensure smooth communication.

We offer a free 48-hour delivery service as standard.  If you require an AM or PM delivery slot or a Saturday delivery, we can accommodate these requests for an additional surcharge. Please contact us to arrange a convenient delivery time and surcharge pricing.
